As a real estate agent, I took on a unique and emotional project: helping two teenagers who needed to sell their family home that the father had allowed to rundown. Already neglected their home was in worse shape after his sudden passing. The house was in rough shape—messy, outdated, and in desperate need of repairs. My mission? Transform this dilapidated property into a beautiful, market-ready home to secure the funds these young adults needed for their future.
